1. Who we are

This shop is run by Francesco Sardo, a sole trader trading as Collar & Kettle ("we", "us"). Address: 21 Richmond Road, London E8 3BF, United Kingdom. Email: hello@collarandkettle.co.uk. We are not registered for VAT.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes your data when you visit and buy, as our privacy policy explains.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you buy from us as a consumer. They do not affect your legal rights.

3. Our products

Independent UK makers make our products and send them to you directly. Colours and patterns can look slightly different from the photos. Check the measurements before you order.

4. Your order

When you place an order, we email you to confirm that we have received it. The contract between us starts when we email you to say that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item, we tell you and refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not registered for VAT, so we do not add VAT. The delivery charge is shown at checkout. We take payment when you place your order.

7. Cancellations and returns

See our refund policy. You have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. For most items we give you 30 days.

8. Safety

Check that collars, harnesses and leads fit correctly before use. Supervise your dog with new products, and stop using any item that is damaged. Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of pets or children.

9. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights in relation to the products. We are not responsible for business losses.

10. Law

The law of England and Wales applies to these terms. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland if you live there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
