Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. At the moment we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.

Who sends your order

Collar & Kettle is a small curated shop. Independent UK makers make our products and send them to you directly. If your order has items from more than one maker, it arrives in separate parcels.

Delivery times

• Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Most parcels arrive 1–5 working days after dispatch. Dog beds travel by courier.

Delivery charges

We show the delivery charge at checkout, before you pay.

Tracking

We email you tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Problems

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email hello@collarandkettle.co.uk and we will sort it out.
